Waking Down Workshop

Following Friday shamanic healing evening: As I was falling asleep, saw (for my inner eye) a bright white light in my heart region. Did some very detailed/specific work there, on a cellular level.

Sunday morning: Woke up with a sense of hope that I have not experienced for a long time.
